During this process, by monitoring the failure rate of the product, not only can the life expectancy be judged quickly and the reliability of the product can be improved, but also many hidden dangers that cannot be found by conventional aging can be found.

AtopLED uses an ultrasonic scanning microscope in the "testing workshop" to scan LED lamps and ICs in layers to quickly find quality problems in products, effectively control quality, and prevent defective products from entering the market.
